To save a picture you like find 'other sizes' below the picture and click 'O' (warning: it could take some time to load the picture depending on the speed of internet connection). After your picture finished loading right click your mouse on it and choose 'save picture as' then select location on your hard drive where this picture would be saved and click 'save'.
